The deep-sea fishing trips in Salento take place at a distance from the ground of 10 to 20 miles, at a depth that can vary from 300 to 500 meters.

The preys that are going to undermine can vary from the big eyes, conger, grouper, cod, scorpion fish, St. Peter’s fish etc … all of important size !!!

All equipment used for this type of fishing is highly professional, as the rods used are electrically propelled.

With reels with meter counter display, sturdy braid, terminals with large hooks and one kilo leads. Port of departure: Torre Pali (Le) small port.

Baits used according to the period: sardines, squid, prawns, baby octopus etc.

The boat designed for deep-sea fishing trips in Salento is a 10 meter Boston Whaler with two 150 hp engines each. Boat is equipped with all the safety equipment. In addition, a liter-counter computer is installed so that participants can know the quantity of fuel consumed to perfection. There is a professional sounder, a bathtub for the living and an external shower. On board you will also find a mini fridge, bow sundeck for any companions and a small bathroom inside the foredeck.

The cost includes equipment, bait, skipper, skipper, boat and insurance. Fuel is not included, which can generally range from 100 to 200 euros based on the miles traveled and sea conditions.
